Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Airavat Silver, we are committed to your satisfaction. We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item. Please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All our products are handcrafted by traditional methods, making each product unique and slightly different from each other. The stones therefore may vary slightly. All our products go through quality control before shipping.


What can be returned or exchanged?


Returns & Exchanges will only be accepted if:


Your order is damaged in transit.

You have received the incorrect product.

How to return or exchange an item:


Contact Us: Please inform us within 3 days of receipt of your order by emailing [your email address] to notify us of your return or exchange request.

Photo Verification: Before we can arrange for the return, please send us a clear photograph of the product. Our Quality Control team will review the photo to determine if the return is authorized.

Return Approval: Once we receive your email and approve the return, we will contact you to arrange a return method that is convenient for both parties.

Return Shipment: You have 7 days from the time of receiving our return confirmation email to return the product.

Return Processing: Upon receiving the returned item in its original packaging, we will process your return or exchange.

Refunds:


We will issue a full refund to your original payment method (bank account, credit card, etc.) for full price prepaid orders.

For COD orders and discounted orders, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Important Notes:


We will only process refunds after receiving the returned shipment in its original packaging.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return shipment.

We cannot process returns for items we were not notified about first.

As the charge to your credit card/account is made at the time of purchase, any refunds will be made through the respective payment gateway if applicable.

What cannot be returned or exchanged?


Items with incorrect or outdated delivery addresses.

Items with incorrect address formats, including PO Boxes.

Undelivered packages after 3 failed delivery attempts by our courier.

Packages refused by the recipient.

Items with sizing issues. Please review our size guides carefully before making your purchase.

Products returned in a used or damaged condition.

Minor color and design variations. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products and use of natural stones, there may be slight variations from the website photos.

Non-faulty or undamaged jewelry.

If a customer still wishes to return an item that does not meet the return criteria, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. The refund will be processed upon receipt of the returned item.

International Orders:


The same return criteria apply to international orders, with the exception of those mentioned under "What cannot be returned or exchanged?".

For broken products received in international orders, the customer has two options:

Option A: Return the product to our Indian address within 30 days of purchase, with notification within 3 days of receipt. We will initiate a refund upon receiving the broken product. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Option B: Keep the broken product and contact our customer support for further assistance.

Refund Timeline:


Refunds are typically issued within 7-21 business days.

The refund will be processed through the same payment gateway used for your purchase.
